Teacher Feature: Mrs. DeThomas & Mrs. Renzi
By Alex and Owen (7th grade)
Mrs. DeThomas and Mrs. Renzi both are very dedicated teachers to our school, and we are all very thankful for their help. Mrs. DeThomas has been working at the school for eleven years, and Mrs. Renzi has been working at the school for nine years. They both feel like the school is very welcoming and that the community is great. They both decided to start teaching because they just love children and the feeling of guiding them on the right path. They especially love Pre-K because they get to help them really develop their love for learning. Mrs. DeThomas’s favorite hobby is tennis, and Mrs. Renzi’s favorite hobby is spending time with her family. Mrs. Renzi went to The Community College of Rhode Island (CCRI), and Mrs. DeThomas went to Providence College. Mrs. DeThomas and Mrs. Renzi are two very kind and wonderful teachers which the whole school is thankful for having them as teachers.
